Tenant Notices: 6.25.08 All Tenants who will be moving out at the end of July: Please use the information you received in your Move In booklet to get your apartment ready for your inspection. If you don't have it or can't find it, you can get cleaning info here. 6.25.08 All Tenants not Renewing their leases for fall term: Please contact the office to schedule a Moveout Inspection. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. 4.22.08 All Tenants: Please remember that smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building. If you see someone smoking in a hallway or entrance, please contact the office. 1.7.08 All Tenants: Look for a renewal questionnaire for August renewals to be delivered to your apartment this week. We need these back with your February rent (or before then) to start planning for housing events and availability. 7.20.2007 All Tenants not Renewing their leases for fall term: Please schedule a Move-Out Inspection as soon as possible. If we don't hear from you soon, we will schedule your inspection at our convenience. 6.7.2007 Summer Switch: Summer can be crazy at times. Don't forget to let us know if you are leaving town for longer than a week or two. Also, be sure to take time to plan for your move if you are leaving. Look for move-out packets the beginning of July. If you are moving out before then, please let us know in the office. 7.27.2006 Tenants: Please remember that you may not dispose of furniture or appliance items on the grounds or in the dumpster at your building. As per your rules, there is a $50 charge per piece of furniture left on the property. If you need to get rid of these items, please make arrangements with the Ames Recovery & Resource Plant. 8.16.2005 Welcome New Tenants! Please let us know if there is anything that needs our attention in your apartment. Also, be sure to get your Move-In Inspection forms to the office as soon as possible. These forms are for your benefit because we will compare them to the state of your apartment when you move out. If you don't get yours turned in, you might have to pay for damage that is not your fault. 7.18.2005 All Tenants not Renewing their leases for fall term: Please schedule a Move-Out Inspection as soon as possible. If we don't hear from you by Wednesday, we will schedule your inspection at our convenience.
