End of Lease Information: Please use your Move In booklet to get your apartment ready for your moveout inspection. If you don't have it or can't find it, you can get the same info here.

Tenant Notices:

7.2.09        All Tenant moving out this month: Please contact the office to setup an exit inspection. Inspections are scheduled on a first come-first served basis. If you miss your appointment, or do not schedule one, you may not be able to be present for the inspection.

7.2.09        All Tenant moving out this month: Reminder! You cannot dispose of furniture or appliance items at the dumpsters. You need to make arrangements with Ames Resource Recovery Plant for proper disposal.

7.2.09        All Tenants: Updated Dwelling Unit Rules will go into effect on 8/1. Click here for a copy.

3.17.09      All Tenants who have not returned Lease Extension Paperwork: Please return your lease agreements to the office as soon as possible. We are receiving calls daily from people interested in your apartment. 

6.25.08      All Tenants not Renewing their leases for fall term: Please contact the office to schedule a Moveout Inspection. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. 

4.22.08      All Tenants: Please remember that smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building. If you see someone smoking in a hallway or entrance, please contact the office.
