Tennant Move-In Information: NOTE: YOU NEED TO HAVE THE UTILITIES IN YOUR NAME WHEN YOUR LEASE BEGINS, WHETHER YOU HAVE MOVED INTO THE APARTMENT OR NOT. WHEN YOU GET YOUR KEY YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE APARTMENT UTILITIES THAT YOU ARE TO PAY FOR ARE IN YOUR NAME. Checking In: Please make an appointment to check in. Appointments begin at 9:00 AM. If you will not be checking in on the day that your lease begins, you need to send your first month's rent. Let us know which day you will be wanting to move in. To be sure you get into your apartment, arrange in advance, a time to get your key. The following table contains links to utility registration information.
